Professional Policies

These policies apply to all purchases made through professional.tomaskintherapies.com and are available exclusively to licensed professionals.

RETURN POLICIES

  • Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return, except in cases of defect or fulfillment error.
  • Approved returns are subject to a $5 restocking fee per return.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the partner unless the return is due to a TOMA error or defective item.
  • Professional equipment may be returned within 14 days of delivery only if unopened and in original, factory-sealed packaging.
  • Approved equipment returns are subject to:
  • Partner-paid return shipping
  • A $10 handling fee

Once opened, all professional equipment is final sale and covered under TOMA’s Lifetime Replacement Warranty (see Warranty Policy).

  • Bundles are governed by the strictest return policy of any item included.
  • Partial bundle returns may be accepted; however:
  • Refunds or credits are recalculated based on individual item pricing, not bundle pricing.
  • Any bundle discount applied at purchase will be forfeited.
  • Applicable restocking fees apply to returned items.
  • Consumables (including cartridges and disposables) are final sale once shipped.
  • Exceptions may be made for:
  • Unopened, unused items
  • Return requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Subject to a $5 restocking fee
  • Defective consumables will be replaced upon verification.

Online Courses

  • All online courses are final sale upon purchase.

In-Person Trainings & CEUs

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the training receive credit only.

Credit:

  • Valid for 12 months
  • Applied toward a future in-person training
  • Any price difference will be invoiced

No-shows:

  • No refund, no credit
  • Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Documentation required:
  • Photos and/or video of the issue
  • Original packaging (including device cases, boxes, cords, and accessories)
  • Approved claims are resolved via replacement only.
  • TOMA covers shipping costs for replacements due to defect or fulfillment error.

All returns require written authorization prior to shipping.

  • Photos or video (if applicable)

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Approved returns are issued as store credit, unless otherwise determined by TOMA at its discretion.

Store credit does not expire and may be applied to any product, equipment, or education offering.

PROFESSIONAL EQUIPMENT LIFETIME WARRANTY

All TOMA professional equipment is covered by a TOMA-backed Lifetime Replacement Warranty for the original purchaser only.

This warranty covers device failure due to manufacturing defects.

Warranty coverage is valid only when equipment:

  • Is used according to provided instructions
  • Is used exclusively with TOMA-approved cartridges and accessories
  • Has not been modified, dropped, or repaired by unauthorized parties

The warranty is void if:

  • Third-party cartridges or accessories are used
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications are performed
  • Damage occurs due to misuse, negligence, or accidental drops
  • Equipment is sold, gifted, or transferred to another party

Warranty coverage is non-transferable.

  • The original device must be returned to TOMA for evaluation prior to replacement.
  • Replacement devices are issued only after the original device is received and verified.
  • TOMA does not offer repair services.

WHOLESALE PARTNER TERMS & RESELLER GUIDELINES

All professional products and equipment are intended for professional use and may not be sold or distributed without authorization.

In-clinic/spa retail sales are permitted (see Taxes & Resale Compliance below).

Online resale by partners:

  • Requires prior written approval from TOMA

Partners may choose to sell online via:

  • Affiliate links (TOMA fulfills; partner earns commission)
  • Wholesale resale (with approval; partner fulfills)
  • Clients purchase directly from tomaskintherapies.com using the partner’s affiliate link.
  • TOMA fulfills and ships orders.
  • Partner earns 25% commission.

This is the only permitted form of drop shipping.

  • Wholesale orders placed through professional.tomaskintherapies.com:
  • Must ship to the authorized partner address
  • May not ship to patients, clients, family members, or third parties

Partners purchasing products for resale must:

  • Maintain valid resale certificates
  • Comply with all applicable sales tax laws
  • Charge and remit sales tax to end consumers as required

Policy abuse, misuse of wholesale privileges, or violation of resale terms may result in:

  • Account review
  • Suspension or revocation of wholesale access
  • Termination of partner status

TOMA reserves the right to refuse returns and update policies at its discretion.
