SHIPPING AND RETURNS

These policies apply to all purchases made through professional.tomaskintherapies.com and are available exclusively to licensed professionals.

  • Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return, except in cases of defect or fulfillment error.
  • Approved returns are subject to a $5 restocking fee per return.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the partner unless the return is due to a TOMA error or defective item.
  • Professional equipment may be returned within 14 days of delivery only if unopened and in original, factory-sealed packaging.
  • Approved equipment returns are subject to:
  • Partner-paid return shipping
  • A $10 handling fee

Once opened, all professional equipment is final sale and covered under TOMA’s Lifetime Replacement Warranty (see Warranty Policy).

  • Bundles are governed by the strictest return policy of any item included.
  • Partial bundle returns may be accepted; however:
  • Refunds or credits are recalculated based on individual item pricing, not bundle pricing.
  • Any bundle discount applied at purchase will be forfeited.
  • Applicable restocking fees apply to returned items.
  • Consumables (including cartridges and disposables) are final sale once shipped.
  • Defective consumables will be replaced upon verification..

Online Courses

  • All online courses are final sale upon purchase.

In-Person Trainings & CEUs

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the training receive credit only.

Credit:

  • Valid for 12 months
  • Applied toward a future in-person training
  • Any price difference will be invoiced

No-shows:

  • No refund, no credit
  • Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Documentation required:
  • Photos and/or video of the issue
  • Original packaging (including device cases, boxes, cords, and accessories)
  • Approved claims are resolved via replacement only.
  • TOMA covers shipping costs for replacements due to defect or fulfillment error.

All returns require written authorization prior to shipping.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Approved returns are issued as store credit, unless otherwise determined by TOMA at its discretion.

Store credit does not expire and may be applied to any product, equipment, or education offering.
