WHOLESALE PARTNER TERMS & RESELLER GUIDELINES

All professional products and equipment are intended for professional use and may not be sold or distributed without authorization.

Written approval is required before Net 30 terms can be applied to your account. To request Net30 terms, email info@tomaskintherapies.com.

  • Accounts must maintain a minimum order volume of $1,000 or more every two months to qualify and retain Net 30 terms.
  • TOMA reserves the right to review credit terms periodically and modify or terminate this agreement with written notice.
  • Failure to maintain minimum order requirements or payment defaults may result in termination of Net 30 terms and reversion to payment due at time of order.

In-clinic/spa retail sales are permitted (see Taxes & Resale Compliance below).

  • In-clinic retail sales are permitted.
  • Online resale by partners:
  • Requires prior written approval from TOMA
  • Partners may choose to sell online via:
  • Affiliate links (TOMA fulfills and ships; partner earns commission)
  • Wholesale resale (with Partner approval; partner fulfills/sells)

Complimentary testers will be provided for a minimum of 6 units purchased of that item in an opening order. Tester replacements are only issued upon request. We provide requested testers at no cost when a minimum of 12 units have been purchased of that item. We do offer a 50% tester discount for requested testers that do not meet these guidelines.   • Clients using the partner’s affiliate link purchase directly from tomaskintherapies.com.
  • TOMA fulfills and ships orders.
  • Partner earns 25% commission.
  • Referred professionals using the partner’s affiliate link need to apply to be a partner and then purchase directly from professional.tomaskintherapies.com. Commissions are paid per order amount: $0-499,15%; $500-1399, 20%; $1400+ 25%.

TOMA does not drop ship orders.

Wholesale orders placed through professional.tomaskintherapies.com:

  • Must ship to the authorized partner address
  • May not ship to patients, clients, family members, or third parties

Partners purchasing products for resale must:

  • Maintain valid resale certificates
  • Comply with all applicable sales tax laws
  • Charge and remit sales tax to end consumers as required

Policy abuse, misuse of wholesale privileges, or violation of resale terms may result in:

  • Account review
  • Suspension or revocation of wholesale access
  • Termination of partner status

TOMA reserves the right to refuse returns and update policies at its discretion.
