Formulated to renew and illuminate, the Illuminating Peel works at the epidermal level to refine texture and improve tone without excessive irritation. Phytic acid provides antioxidant and tyrosinase-inhibiting properties to reduce sun damage and hyperpigmentation, while glycolic acid accelerates cellular turnover for a refined, luminous finish.

Uneven tone, sun damage, dull or congested skin; promoting radiance and clarity. Fitzpatrick 1-5.

  1. Cleanse the face thoroughly and prep with TOMA Peel Prep.
  2. Dispense approximately 5 ml (1 tsp) into an acid-safe bowl and apply evenly with a large cotton swab, avoiding the eye and mucous membrane areas.
  3. Leave on for 30 seconds to 5 minutes, depending on client tolerance and desired intensity.
  4. Monitor sensation (tingling or heat) and remove sooner if needed.
  5. Neutralize with cool water using 4x4 gauze, followed by a second cool-water wipe.
  6. Follow with targeted serums (such as Cellular C or Healing Enzyme Serum) and SPF.

Contraindications
Avoid use on clients with: active rashes or irritation, dermatitis, autoimmune disorders, pregnancy or breastfeeding, Accutane (within 1 year), topical retinoic acid use (within 3 months), recent waxing (within 3–5 days), injectables or Botox (within 1 week), IPL/laser resurfacing (within 4–6 weeks), or any open lesions.
